Vulcanized Elastomer Profile Roller Chains

Vulcanized Elastomer profiled roller chains are suitable for applications where fragile products such as coated or thin sheet metal, planed wood planks or pipes require a soft conveying conveyor. The chain has a rubber profile that prevents scratches while the conveyor is being transported. Vulcanized elastomer profiles are available in a variety of standard forms, and special profiles are available on request for special applications.

A standard rubber profile made of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) with a hardness of 80 Shore A is used for Vulcanized Elastomer profile chains. NBR combines the best properties of static friction, wear resistance and durability. Natural rubber or polyurethane profiled chains are available on request.
