Pin Bakery Chains

Boxes and other thin-walled hollow containers need to be transported safely and reliably at high speeds and high temperatures. Oven chains with pins developed by iwis offer many advantages. The precision roller chains are wear resistant and treated with the special lubricant IPP before leaving the factory. IPP is PWIS free, drip proof, suitable for high temperature applications and approved for use in the food industry.

It is divided into two pin versions, bendable pin, Snap-Off pin, meeting all requirements. The bendable pin is built to be tough and bendable enough to withstand unintentional knocks during conveyor jams or accidental contact with the machine frame. The Snap-Off pin, on the other hand, causes its material properties to break in case of any accidental contact or impact during operation.
