Conveyor chains in the FLEXON brand series are characterized by their robust and simple design. They are suitable for harsh environments and their open construction allows for easy removal of coarse dirt. Box transport chains are available in cast steel, stainless steel, galvanized or plastic versions and are frequently used in drum/container transport, the building materials industry, pallet handling systems or car washes.

The measured tensile strength of a chain made of cast steel is approximately 25% higher than that of a comparable cast iron chain.
