How to Use Brio Headlight Cleaning Set

1. Before starting the process, be sure to tape the edges of the headlights with paper tape.
2. According to the scratch and dullness of the surface, Attach 600 grit sandpaper to the velcro base and sand the headlight surface.
3. Repeat the same process with 800 grit sandpaper.
4. Apply sandpaper by hand to the edges of the headlight that you cannot reach.
5. After the sanding process is finished, make sure that your headlight is clean by wiping it with a dry micro fiber cloth.
6. Then, put 50 ml of headlight cleaning solution into the electric coffee pot and plug it in.
7. The solution with a boiling point of 40 degrees is about 5 minutes. When you wait for a while, it will start to heat up and give off an invisible steam.
8. Apply the steam to your headlights in a slow line from right to left, starting from the bottom up. You will observe that the dullness on the headlight is gone and the headlight is shining.

CAUTION

For better results, do not steam process in a windy environment. Please do not breathe the vapor. If the application liquid remains in the coffee pot after the application is finished, you can mix it into your other liquid container after cooling. (Do not mix without cooling.) When applying steam, be careful not to drip the solution onto your headlights. Apply the product evenly to the entire headlight surface, do not apply to the same spot for a long time. It is the definitive solution for headlight lenses that have peeled off varnish on the yellowed or faded glass surface. It cleans the headlight surface, makes it close to the first day.
